I don’t stand in the way of progress! For a typical installation I can turn around a quality implementation with a major affiliate network or platform in 1-2 weeks. Here is a sample timeline:
- 2-4 Days: Planning, Identify initial requirements & understand client resources and requirements
- 1-2 Days: Initial settings and configurations set in affiliate network or platform.
- 3-5 Days:: Tracking pixel integration - Coordinated with client development team, network and myself to execute.
- 1-2 Days: QA, I have 3 sets of eyes on every configuration, settings and code that is integrated. Test & Live orders (or leads) are sent through the new system
- 1-2 Days: Client Signoff - I personally walk you through the interface, show you test and live order data, show you the data that is being captured and a real-time affiliate transaction process
